Hon William Patrick (Bill) Jeffries Appointed 1 July 2007 The Hon Bill Jeffries is a former Member of Parliament and Minister of the Crown whose portfolio responsibilities included Justice and Transport. He now practises as a Barrister in Wellington. Mr Jeffries currently holds appointment as the Chief Commissioner of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission and is a former chairperson of the International Transport Safety Association (2004-2005) and the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board (1992-2004). |

Paul Dudding Appointed 1 April 1998 Paul Dudding has been active in the real estate industry since 1972. He was admitted as an associate member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Inc in 1978 and awarded fellowship of the Institute in 1993. He has held his own licence since 1979 and has been a member of the Auckland District Committee of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Inc for 14 years including a term as president from 1991 to 1993. Mr Dudding has been a past member and convenor of the REINZ Complaints Committees from 1986 to 1990 and a REINZ national councillor from 1993 to 1995. Mr Dudding is currently the principal officer of Law Realty Ltd. |

Murray Giera Appointed 1 July 2007 Mr Giera has been in the real estate industry since 1970 and has operated his own real estate business since 1977. He was on the First National Board of Directors and has been a Board member of the Canterbury-Westland Branch of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Inc from 1982 to 1984 and from 1988 to 1990. Mr Giera’s wider involvements include his current chairmanship of Science Alive! Trust Board (since1986) and participation with local church committees. |

Roger Stark Appointed 26 August 2009 Mr Stark has been active in the real estate industry since the 1960's and has extensive experience in Residential, Rural, Commercial/Industrial and Property Management. He has served on the Canterbury/Westland District Committee of Reinz from 1980 to 1996 and held the position of President 1990/1991 Mr Stark is an adjunct lecturer for TOPNZ at Branch Manager and Licensee level and was appointed to the Open PolyTechnic Real Estate Learning Advisory Group in November 2007. Mr Stark was awarded fellowship of the Institute in 1992 and life membership in 2007. He previously served on the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board from 1996 to 2006 Mr Stark is currently director and rural real estate manager of L J Hooker Group Limited. |
